Multi-sensor Cone

This is a multi-functional combination of CPT cone that can be customized to meet clients’ needs.

Environmental Cone

Environmental cone is used for subsurface primary survey or contamination investigation. It will obtain the data of pH value, oxidation-reduction potential(ORP), temperature and so on.

Camera Cone

The Camera Cone is used to detect and observe soil particles. The size, color, structure, and other parameters of soil particles have intuitive and auxiliary effects on geotechnical engineering, environmental testing, and resource exploration.

Probe Rod

The probe rod is made of high-strength steel with specially treated surface, and the yield strength is greater than 1200MPa, which can effectively reduce the bending when used alone. When needed, the rod will work together with casing, it can avoid bending and breaking when the rod passes through the soft overburden.

Cone Inclinometer

Measurement of the cone inclination can be used for tilt correction during data processing, and can also be used by the operator to determine the actual condition of the probe to avoid breakage of the rod due to excessive tilt.

Vacuum Saturator

The Vacuum Saturator is used for vacuum degassing the pore water pressure conducting chamber. And it saturates the chamber with the pressure-conducting liquid, thus reducing the influence of air on the pore water pressure test.

Seabed Frame

The Seabed Frame (SBF) is one of the important equipment for offshore drilling and sampling. It is an important facility to complete the following functions: subsea wellhead positioning, drilling tool guidance, drill string clamping or cutting under emergency, wellhead monitoring during drilling operation. SBF is the base for taking seabed CPT equipment or various in-situ facilities for coring or various data acquisition. SBF is a mechanism composed of hydraulic, electrical systems with various sensors and transducers. Customized different models of SBF made by Peneson have been equipped in dozens of geotechnical vessels.

Underwater Multi-tube Sampler with Visualization

The purpose of the underwater multi-tube sampler test and control system with visualization is to make the whole set of systems and multi-tube sampler reach a maximum water depth of 6,000m before and after the equipment sampling, through the disc test system to observe the sampling status, seabed topography, off-ground height of the bottom, etc.

General Geological Winch

It is suitable for operations throughout the ocean depth range of column sampling, visual multi-tube sampling, biological stratified sampling, visual grab bucket, side-scan sonar, CPT and other instruments equipment.

Towing Winch

It is suitable for operations throughout the ocean depth range of side-scan sonar, shallow profiler, combined sonar, transmission cable, sensing cable and other equipment.

ROV Winch

It is suitable for most types of ROVs, deep sea drilling rigs, trenchers and other operation equipment.
