Combined with the mini-penetration instrument, the approximate value of shear strength of the clay soil can be obtained and the internal friction angle of the soil can be quickly evaluated. The mini vane plate can improve the accuracy of the soil description and reduce human error.

Field Vane Shear Tester

The PS-VST-FM Field Vane Shear Tester is used to determine the natural shear strength of saturated soft clay directly in the engineering field, and can also be used with drilling equipment, the test depth can reach more than 30m.

Vane Shear Test Data Acquisition Software

The PS-VST-DAS is data acquisition software specially developed for the continuous measurement of vane shear and is suitable for all electrical vane shear tester applications.
