The PS-VST-PBE Portable Vane Shear Tester is used to test the undrained shear strength of clay and remoulded soil directly in the engineering field or indoors, which is a kind of geotechnical in-situ measuring instrument.
The whole set consists of 1 digital torquemeter, 6 extension rods（500mm/rod）, 4 vane plate heads of different sizes, 1 wrench rod, and 1 torque joint. The maximum testing depth is 3m, the maximum testing range is 0~260kPa, and the testing accuracy is better than 2%.

♦Different types of vane heads can be used to obtain different ranges and testing accuracy.
♦Tests can be carried out at different depths by connecting the extension rod.
