The 14th National Conference on Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering will be held from October 28th to October 30th, 2023 in Wuhan City. Peneson will participate in the exhibition and will present a special report of relating to geotechnical engineering equipment, machinery and construction technology during this conference.

The quadrennial National Conference on Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering stands as one of the most influential academic gatherings in the field of geotechnical engineering in China. With the overarching theme of "Opportunities and Challenges of Geotechnical Engineering under Dual-Carbon Strategy," this conference is designed to comprehensively showcase the developmental dynamics and cutting-edge trends within Chinese soil mechanics and geotechnical engineering. At the same time, the conference will set up 20 sessions according to the theme, and each session will organize invited reports and special reports, as well as a series of geotechnical-related competitions, training and forums, etc.

Exhibits introduction

Peneson will show the series of CPT products including our Seabed CPT System, Downhole CPT System, and an offshore drilling rig. At the same time, we will also demonstrate our small in-situ testing series of products, including CPT cones, vane shear testers and micro penetrometers, etc. In addition, our general manager Dr. Eric Chen will present a report titled "Multi-functional CPT Cones in Offshore Engineering Application" in S02 meeting room on the afternoon of October 29th.
