We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic sales managers in the geological and marine areas with excellent sales skills. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding customer networks and driving sales growth. We hope that you will be able to leverage your industry knowledge and network resources to achieve sales targets and contribute positively to the company's business development. Responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
(1) Develop sales strategies: According to market demand and goals, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals
⑵ Expand customer network: actively seek and develop new customers, and establish close business relationships with existing customers to promote sales growth.
⑶ Sales promotion activities: organize and participate in various sales promotion activities, including industry exhibitions, customer meetings, etc., to enhance the company's brand awareness and sales performance.
(4) Establish a partnership: Establish long-term and stable cooperative relations with partners in the industry to jointly expand market share.
Market research and competitive analysis: pay close attention to market dynamics and competitive intelligence, and provide relevant reports and recommendations to support sales decisions.
Customer relationship management: maintain good communication and cooperation with customers, understand customer needs and provide quality pre-sales and after-sales service.
(7) Professional requirements:
① Excellent market insight and sales skills, good communication skills and team work spirit
② Perseverance and determination, outgoing personality, adapt to travel and field work conditions;
③ Be familiar with the ways and methods of docking with state-owned system customers, such as bidding;
④ Have more than two years working experience in geological prospecting or marine field, with no limit on academic qualifications;
⑤ Location: Guangzhou, Wuhan or Sanya.
