PeneWisor Downhole CPT System
The PeneWisor Downhole CPT System is designed for offshore soil testing along with offshore drilling. It is a highly efficient, high-accuracy, low-disturbance solution for offshore geological surveys. With data transferring from the cone to the umbilical cable, the PeneWisor could acquire real-time data along with the drilling operation. The data from this system serves as a foundational reference for the assessment of foundation stability of offshore structures and the development of marine engineering.
The PeneWisor is composed of five parts: downhole push system, 4-bridge cone, data monitoring system, umbilical cable system and auxiliary part. To operate the PeneWisor Downhole CPT System, it requires the cooperation of a load-bearing vessel, a drilling system with heave compensation capabilities, and a seabed frame. So far, the PeneWisor has evolved into a series of products, capable of conducting investigations from shallow to deep sea. It can also be customized for specific vessel conditions based on customer needs.
